Good choice for a stay in district 1

Comfortable beds. Good size room. Good breakfast buffet and the location is great. No noise from street.

Bathroom electrics were a bit flaky and the shower dripped onto the floor. A window would have made a big difference.

We didn't have hot water for the first two days and complaints feel on deaf ears with excuse that it was the solar hot water but after speaking to day manager they through the booster switch

Comfortable and clean hotel very close to backpackers district but on a quieter street

A good place to stay if you want to be near the backpackers district, ben thanh market and other sights in the vicinity but still away from the noise and hustle of those areas. The hotel is very clean and well-kept, staff was friendly and our deluxe room was spacey with great views over Saigon. I’ve visited this hotel before 5 years ago and it has maintained its quality :)

Nothing particular comes to mind, everything went smoothly.

Central location, but some noise.

I was upgraded to a room with a nice view over the park and the night skyline of HCM. Efficient check-in and checkout. Friendly staff. The hotel has a good location near many restaurants and a Futa bus station. Good breakfast and good wifi.

There is only one elevator for both guests and staff, so some patience is needed during the morning rush hour. Although not the hotel's fault, loud music made by a small group of people who run a karaoke in the park is audible till quite late.

Amazing location, very comfortable amenities and professional staff. Fast WIFI and great breakfast (not a lot of variety in menu between days but lots of options including fruit, cereal, eggs and omlettes, bread, springrolls rice soup etc).

Only western shower/tub I encountered while in Vietnam Staff accommodated request for showering after check out (after some pushing) Breakfast was a lot of options with ok quality overall (sour passionfruit), great freshly made egg station

Very noisy even on weeknight. We asked for higher floor and it was still noisy. I asked to use shower after checking out since I had a 30 hour flight after. Staff at first said there's nothing available but only when I pushed they found a room for me to use which I greatly appreciated. Room was small

Clean and decent value.

Clean and decent value. Breakfast was plentiful and adequate if not exciting.

The staff were not in love with their jobs and mostly workmanlike. The room was noisy until at least midnight with some disco thumping. The location was very busy and tawdry though it was close to lots of varieties of food and shipping.

Great value for money. Locations brilliant for drinking.

The staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English.

There was no do not disturb sign available. I had the maid wake me up twice on two days in a row. However, I did tell the reception desk to not knock an I would inform them when the room was available to clean. Problem was understood and solved.
